Château Montrose 1987

Main characteristics of the vintage
Spring and summer were very irregular. This phenomenon went on at the arrival of the flowering, then the veraison and even during the harvest. The month of September was exceptional with 10 days of great heat (more than 30°C).

Tasting notes
Red Bordeaux colour with brick hues
Intense and fine nose, fresh and fruity with hints of wood
Neat and ample on the palate. A good balance backed up by a strong and fruity structure with wooden and spicy tannins. Good length.
